DRI MAC CANISTERS FOR PHARMECEUTICAL APPLICATIONS

The patented Dri-Mac desiccant canister is used for high speed automatic insertion in the healthcare, nutrition and diagnostic market sectors. Dri-Mac canisters are manufactured from materials which comply with FDA CFR 21 for direct contact with food and drugs.

This safe, non-toxic canister can eliminate both moisture and odour from product packaging

The unique Dri-Mac canister has an energy directing protrusion to facilitate the sonic welding of the end cap and Tyvek membrane such that on cooling the body, end cap and Tyvek become one integral unit.

This ensures product integrity and our quality control vision systems ensure 100% Quality Inspection. The assembly operation ensures the canisters passes through four vision systems conforming that the components are assembled correctly and consistently. If the canister does not meet specification it is rejected so that 100% satisfaction is guaranteed.
