Ethy- Pack Ethylene Adsorber Bags |

Many problems are associated with exposure of fruit, vegetables and cut flowers to ethylene but these can now be easily eliminated using ETHY PACK sachets. By using ETHY PACK bags, quality and freshness can be maintained during storage and transport.
Ethylene is well known as the plant hormone responsible for controlling the ripening process in fruit and vegetables and is used to force-ripen bananas in special ripening rooms. However, it is also the cause of premature ripening, decay and other problems in a variety of other fruits and vegetables. Ethylene also affects fresh cut flowers and can cause premature opening of flower buds. Many cut fresh-flowers, bulbs and nursery stock are highly sensitive to ethylene.
ETHY-PACK ethylene adsorbing sachets contain a coated natural mineral which removes ethylene gas by adsorption onto its surface and then renders it harmless by oxidation. |
